This workshop is really an introduction to your own body. A new way to deepen your awareness and relationship to it. We will explore somatic therapy exercises, holistic concepts around mindfulness and lifestyle, and learn about how nutrition & herbs impact and benefit the mind and body. Hopefully, you will leave with a greater connection, understanding, and love for your body.
The body speaks, not in words, but in vibrations. Sensations, "symptoms", movements - this is how the body communicates. Learning how to speak and listen to the body is the way we release stored trauma & stress.
About the instructor:
Luis Mojica is a Holistic Therapist specializing in healing trauma through communicating with your body. He blends somatic therapy, counseling, and nutritional/herbal therapies to create a trifecta of healing that is deep & effective. His unique form of therapy came as a result of his own journey in healing his complex PTSD & multiple chronic diseases and auto-immune conditions.
